Bob Stilger is the Founder of Transform Media and NewStories. Since the mid-seventies, Bob has worked with people, communities, and organizations across North America and around the world to help them create a future they actually want.

He is a skilled facilitator and dialogue host, listener, writer, and storyteller. Bob supports people in making sense of challenges and finding meaning during these chaotic times.

Allison Joseph serves as the Communications Director and Illuminator for Transform Media and Newstories. For over a decade, she has worked around the world to develop projects, programs, and communication strategies that honor, uplift, and connect communities. She is passionate about using participatory, creative, and empowering methodologies, engaging individuals as co-designers and leaders in the curation and sharing of their own stories.

Allison believes that illuminating both personal and collective stories helps people to connect, heal, and imagine new possibilities.

Michel has been working behind the scenes providing assistance for Transform Media, NewStories and other Instigators of Cultural Change for almost 20 years. Currently, she is the Project Manager for revitalizing the Great Transition Stories website and provides technical support as needed throughout the NewStories Ecosystem.

Stephanie is Transform Media's lead Content Editor. For over 25 years, Stephanie has been an award-winning writer, publisher, editor, and media professional. She has worked with brands, publications, and online platforms across the US and collaborated with leaders at all levels to craft compelling stories that build connection and credibility. Her work fosters a strong sense of community, resonating with diverse audiences and profoundly impacting her subjects and readers.

Zulma Patarroyo serves as Transform Media and NewStories' Graphic Designer, In addition to a vast experience in pedagogics, multimedia and design, Zulma is a passionate facilitator and designer of group dialogues, innovation, and change processes. She is a Colombian kaospilot, a mother, and a traveller who loves learning, leadership, and people.

Founding member of SOL (Society of Organisational Learning) and Impact HUB Colombia, Zulma is also the proud founder and director of www.pataleta.net, a graphic facilitation company.
